The research group shares the results of its research with the scientific community and society in general. To this end, we make available various resources and tools developed during our activity.
With this repository of resources we seek the following objectives:

Types of resources:
- Software: We offer open access software developed by our Group. This software can be useful for performing analyses, simulations or visualizations related to our field of research.
- Datasets: We make available original and self-collected datasets. This data can be useful for validating models, reproducing experiments, or performing analyses.
- Scientific dissemination articles: We publish scientific popularization articles in magazines and on web platforms. These articles aim to bring the results of our research to the general public in an understandable and attractive way.

The ProSpecTool is a MATLAB toolbox that automates the selection of preprocessing to obtain optimal PLS regression models in vibrational spectroscopy. It provides objective criteria for method selection, replicating those of expert analysts, efficiently and quickly generating robust models comparable to those developed using the experience-based, trial-and-error approach. |
