Assistant Professor
Agricultural Engineer and graduated in Oenology, he has developed his professional activity as a winegrower and oenologist at the Farm and Experimental Cellar of the Faculty of Enology at the URV, also collaborating as a tasting and oenology teacher for more than 20 years in different diplomas and continuing education projects of the URV Foundation.
He has participated in numerous research projects in the departments of Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. At the same time, he has developed multiple transfer and advisory projects with companies in the private sector such as toners, wine and food industries.
